Do you make deliveries?

Yes. We deliver in Montreal and Laval, as well as in some cities in the north and south suburbs of Montreal. The suburbs are served two to three times a week.

If you are outside of our delivery area, we can make you benefit from our competitive rates and arrange a shipment to your company.

 

What are the shipping fees?

Delivery charges may apply for orders under 150$ before taxes. Fees vary between 15$ and 30$ depending on distance. For orders over 150$ within our delivery area, the shipping is free.

For the arrangement of transportation outside of our delivery area, fees will be added to your invoice and will vary according to distance and dimensions of the merchandises.

 

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payments in cash, checks, bank transfers, VISA and MasterCard credit cards. Note that there is a administrative fee of 2% or the total order amount for payments with credit cards. No charge is applicable with other payment methods.

If you wish to proceed to payments by bank transfer, do not hesitate to contact our accounts receivable department to obtain the necessary informations.

 

Do you make custom products?

Yes. We convert several products of kraft paper, newspaper and cardboard (chipboard), among others, in sheets and rolls. We can produce various custom sizes items, provided orders of minimum quantities. Contact our experts in packaging at the customer service to know the extent of the possibilities.

 

When can I expect my order?

For the merchandise we keep in stock, the deliveries will generally be done within less than 48 hours.

For standard products which are not held in inventory, the delays generally range from 5 to 10 business days.

For special orders, delays can exceed 10 business days. Please contact our customer service to find out the status and expected delays of an order.
